Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Telr, PayTabs, 2Checkout, Amazon Payment Services (formerly Payfort), CashU, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc. Payment is due immediately upon checkout.

5.2 Order Confirmation Orders are subject to product availability. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

5.3 Delivery Delivery areas: UAE-wide Delivery times and fees will be communicated during checkout. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery.

5.4 Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2020). Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery via purchase@laylaa.ae.
