Shipping Policy for Laylaa Truffles & Bites

At Laylaa Truffles & Bites, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Below are the
details of our shipping process, delivery timelines, and related terms.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Specific areas covered: Nationwide UAE, Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends (Friday/Saturday) or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next
business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Cost: AED 30 and free for orders over AED 300.
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders can be delivered the next day. If placed before 10:00 AM, delivery
may be available on the same day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
Courier delays, Inclement weather, Public holidays or weekends.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
5. Perishable Goods Handling
Our truffles and bites are perishable and require careful handling.
Deliveries are scheduled to ensure freshness. We recommend being available to receive your order
promptly.
Note: We are not liable for product quality issues caused by delays if you are unavailable to accept
delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a your order’s status.

7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or recipient unavailability:
A second delivery attempt may be made (additional fees may apply).
After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued minus
shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Goods: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at purchase@laylaa.ae with photos of the
damaged item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it or issue a full refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses
due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship internationally.
Deliveries are made to physical addresses only (no P.O. boxes).
11. Public Holidays & Weekends
Deliveries are not made on UAE public holidays or weekends (Friday/Saturday). These days are
excluded from delivery timelines.
